We have helped drive sales of Deltex's medical device by focusing communication at NHS managers rather than clinicians and illustrating how the product delivers against management priorities of hospital efficiency, productivity, and cost savings through quality. We have used national and specialist media to drive visits to a dedicated website, and balanced this with a policy and stakeholder programme to win support for the product. In major keynote speeches and workshop events with NHS managers, the NHS Confederation has used Deltex's product as a case study of a technology which should be used widely.
