Jo is a journalist who has spent nearly two decades at the top of her profession on UK national newspapers. Until recently, Jo was Health Editor at the Daily Express where she transformed the newspaper’s coverage of cutting-edge health and science breakthrough stories, setting the news agenda for the paper with numerous front page stories every week.

Jo has also written for the Daily Mail, The Sun, The Mirror, Sunday Mirror, Daily Star and News of the World.

As a Senior Adviser to Hanover, Jo supports work across the healthcare sector, advising on public relations, media strategy and communications for pharmaceutical companies, service providers and charities. Jo is a member of the Medical Journalists’ Association and the Guild of Health Writers.
