Head of Policy
James provides public affairs support and political advice to Hanover’s clients across a range of business sectors. He specialises in providing tailored policy support to clients operating in highly regulated sectors through the development of policy proposals and budget submissions, drafting responses to consultations, and provision of legislative support.
His client experience includes Lucozade Ribena Suntory, Pizza Hut, JUUL, Sky and the Advertising Association. Prior to joining Hanover, James worked in the offices of a number of Labour MPs including Paul Murphy, Luciana Berger and Alison McGovern.
