We have supported Apple on a wide range of policy and regulatory challenges. While most active on tech issues, Apple has a strong environmental focus, limiting its footprint of manufacturing, product use and end-of-life.

Apple has built very strong credentials on environmental policy, from renewable energy, resource efficiency, and circularity. As a very strong brand often in the eye of the debate, Apple was seeking to better understand the regulatory and stakeholder environment in Brussels and beyond in order to cut through the noise, demonstrate best practices, and engage constructively in relevant policy debates.

In addition to undertaking a gap analysis of Apple’s environmental commitments vs its existing policy positions, we benchmarked policy positions of best-in-class companies from different sectors. This led to a series of opportunity briefs with suggestions for policy positions and narratives which further enhanced Apple’s reputation with both Institutional and external audiences.
