Hanover Group-owned creative communications consultancy The Playbook has hired Ceri Reed as Managing Director.
Ceri, former BCW Global head of brand experience, has more than 20 years of agency experience, including working for Edelman, Golin, Fever and PrettyGreen, working with clients such as Warner Bros, Cadbury, Campari Group and Now TV.
