Independent communications and public affairs consultancy Hanover Group today announced the opening of its Dublin office.
Hanover Dublin is the latest addition to Hanover Group’s rapidly expanding portfolio of agencies, which includes flagship offices in London and Brussels, as well as growth-hacking consultancy Multiple and creative communications agency The Playbook which was launched earlier this year.
The team will be headed by Lorna Jennings, previously Managing Director at Keating & Associates. The offering will be strengthened by the appointment of Former Tánaiste, Mary Harney, as senior advisor, and Hume Brophy’s Colin O’Donnell as Senior Account Director, forming the foundation of a proposed team of ten playing to the strengths of Hanover’s key sectors. Mary Harney will provide strategic insight, support and advice to the team as it scales and grows.
Hanover’s decision to open in Ireland was driven by growing demand from current and prospective clients for a pan-European offering that provides high-level support at domestic, multi-jurisdictional and international levels. Building on Ireland’s excellent track record with multinational companies and foreign direct investment, Hanover’s consultants will provide support on the ground to existing clients with Irish interests that include Lucozade Ribena Suntory and Tata Steel.
