Emma has worked on a range of therapy areas including pneumococcal disease vaccination, rheumatoid arthritis, COPD, kidney transplantation, oncology and diabetes and has built up broad communication experience in both the product pre- and post-launch phase.

Highlights of her media experience include organising high profile and interactive media events as well as planning and coordinating creative media projects to engage with both medical and consumer journalists. She has led a number of social media campaigns to drive awareness with media, healthcare professionals and the broader public.

She has built up expertise across multiple communication channels such as patient testimonial and educational videos, animated and static infographics, press releases, backgrounders, toolkits, interactive content, website development and film production.

Emma also has experience in issues and crisis management including planning and implementation of crisis simulation workshops and handling competitor issues.

In 2018, Emma was featured on PRWeek’s 30 under 30 list.
