Genna advises on and helps to deliver strategy and insight projects for clients across the Hanover group. She works across different sectors on projects with varied life cycles, from perception audits and influencer mapping to brand narratives and corporate purpose development. She uses her experience in quantitative and qualitative research and analytics to find the audiences that matter, craft creative strategies that resonate with them, and develop evaluation frameworks that measure the impact of comms. She also regularly facilitates workshops at Hanover.
Prior to joining Hanover, Genna worked within Portland’s strategy team, specialising in strategic planning and research, and started her career as a Senior Analyst at Hall & Partners, a strategic brand consultancy.
