Louie provides political advice and public affairs support to a range of clients across Hanover, with a particular focus on those operating in the digital and sports sectors. Experienced in communications strategies and policy analysis, he supports clients that include Meta and Qualcomm as well as StubHub and the British Horseracing Authority.

Before joining Hanover, Louie worked for the Labour Party, where he prepared the Shadow Cabinet for media interviews by providing written and verbal briefings across multiple policy areas. He regularly briefed senior politicians for flagship programmes such as Question Time and Politics Live, and spent time in the media monitoring team, producing media briefings and political research. He also helped design a policy stats tool that provided constituency-level information to all Labour MPs. Prior to this, Louie was an event manager at the British Museum where he delivered events for the museum’s corporate sponsors and key stakeholders.
